Welcome Graduate School Representatives!

On behalf of the Florida Undergraduate Research Association and St. Thomas University, we would like to invite your institution to participate in the graduate school fair that will take place at the 2022 Florida Undergraduate Research Conference (FURC) in Miami on Saturday, February 18th, 2023. This annual event is one of the nation's largest multi-disciplinary research conferences, and it is open to all undergraduate researchers in the state of Florida to present their research in a poster format.

Participating representatives will be eligible to set up a table along the perimeter of the event space during the event’s main poster sessions, making interactions seamless between presenters and guests. Students will be able to peruse research posters and graduate recruitment information during three 75-minute sessions throughout the day (beginning at 9:00 and concluding at 4:15).

Recruiter registration for FURC includes access to the reception on Friday evening and a 6-foot table for Saturday’s event, including lunch for two representatives.

Those who purchase special access registration will be eligible for additional tabling on Friday, February 17th as undergraduates arrive for the event. In addition, to an extra table on Friday evening, these representatives will also receive priority for selecting their preferred tabling location on Saturday, February 18th.
