Florida Undergraduate Research Conference

The Florida Undergraduate Research Conference (FURC) is one of the nation's largest multi-disciplinary research conferences. It is an annual event open to all undergraduate researchers in the state of Florida to present their research in a poster forum. Every year, the conference is hosted at a different college or university in the state. The conference boasts some of the best networking opportunities with fellow researchers and graduate programs across the country, as well as workshops and other professional development experiences.

FURC 2022 Visitor Information
Parking
All individuals navigating to UCF should enter the following address into their GPS when routing their ride to UCF Main Campus: 4000 Central Florida Blvd, Orlando, FL 32816.
Students & Staff
Location: Garage H or G

Drive to Garage H or G and park in a D-designated spot. Parking is not permitted in B or C-designated spots.

Go to the nearest pay and display kiosk in the garage.

Press any button to wake the kiosk and select Option 2 for Event.

Option 2 will ask you to enter a code.

Input event code: 88NA84 (this is only needed before 5 p.m. on Friday).

Print the daily parking pass.

Return to your vehicle and display the parking pass visibly on the dashboard.

Parking on Saturday is at no cost. Do not use the code on this day.
Exhibitors & Graduate Representatives
Location: Garage H

Print the parking pass emailed to the address you provided during registration.

Display your parking pass in your vehicle's dashboard.

Drive to Garage H and present your parking pass to a FURC 2022 Staff Member on the 1st floor.

FURC 2022 Staff Members will direct you to a reserved parking space.
Groups with Buses
Location: Drop-off at Lot D-1

No permit is necessary.

Charter buses may drop students off at Lot D-1 by the Health & Public Administration Building (HPA) on UCF Main Campus.

Students walking from Lot D-1 should look for FURC Staff for directions to the Student Union.

After dropping off students, charter buses are permitted to park in Lot E4 (Softball Field) during the conference.

Please note: All FURC attendees must park nose-in on UCF Main Campus. Back-in parking is not permitted at UCF.
